1. Reliability requirements:

(1) Working 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

(2) The normal service life requires more than 100,000 hours, and the annual failure rate is less than 6 times.

(3) The number of failures per 60,000 elevator runs is 6. If there are failures, the elevator will respond in half an hour. The elevator will arrive at the scene in one hour and resume its use in two hours. If the number of breakdowns and maintenance time exceed the commitment time, it is willing to bear the penalty of 500 yuan per time.

2. Elevator installation will not cause damage to the building structure.

When the elevator is installed, the following requirements are met:

(1) Stratigraphic accuracy: <3 mm

(2) Noise: The noise in the car is less than 48dB (A), and the noise of the switch door is less than 60dB (A). When starting, braking and rated, it should be comfortable, without shaking and impact. The running curve is smooth and the running efficiency is high.

(3) The interval between the closing of the car door and the starting of the elevator should be less than 0.3 seconds.

(4) When the elevator is running, the acceleration of vertical and horizontal vibration is less than 10 cm/s 2, respectively.

(5) Door operating efficiency: The opening and closing time should be adjustable. When the opening noise is less than 60 dB (A), the opening and closing time are less than 5 seconds and 5 seconds respectively.

(6) Power supply: AC three-phase 380V, 50HZ, AC single-phase 220V, 50HZ, voltage fluctuation range (+10%), frequency fluctuation range (+2%).

3. Control method

The computer distributed control system is adopted.

4. Power supply condition

(1) All equipment and components provided shall be installed in accordance with and adapted to the following conditions.

Voltage: ~380V, 3-phase, 5-wire. 220V, single phase

Frequency: 50HZ

Voltage fluctuation: +10%

Grounding resistance requirements: <4 ohms

(2) Anti-seismic requirements:

All the equipments provided are suitable for 6 degree earthquake intensity, and the building structure can operate normally without being affected by deviation.
