First of all, we should supervise the elevator maintenance company's service personnel in routine maintenance, pay attention to the following:

1. After the ladder tractor works for a period of time, observe the oil window and add gear oil.

2. The guide rail of the dining ladder should be coated with grease.

3. Lubricating grease should be kept between guide rope wheel and axle of dining ladder

4. The dining ladder prevents grease from slipping on the towing rope.

5. When the dining ladder runs for a period of time and the stratum is not good, first check whether the brake clearance of the tractor is correct and whether the clamping screw is loose. Then, adjust the position of the stratum magnetic inductor to ensure the stratum accuracy.

6. When the door of the dining ladder is stuck or can not be opened, it should be checked whether the door lock of the floor is faulty, whether the gap between the slider of the floor door or the inclined stuck of the floor door, or whether the door rope falls off from the rope pulley chute.

7. When the door of the dining ladder is opened or closed, and the occupied indicator lamp is not changed accordingly, the interlock switch of the door should be checked for any faults.

8. The dining ladder needs to be repaired every six months.
